Ewelina Rosinska. Earth in the Mouth
A horse-drawn carriage passes through a forest, a choir sings “Mother of God”, a chicken sleeps in a city park. People cross the street, a face in the metro. Someone practices a new song in a rehearsal room, another is being rocked by a friend. A marathon runner is at the finish line.

Like a photo book the film creates new images and relationships between the shots, it resembles a journey of impressions where the outlines of the world undulate. Between faith, anarchism and tourism, in Poland or Germany, between simple gestures and everyday life in Portugal, Brazil and Greece. Portrait of life between different countries, among friends and family - film as a diary in seven parts.
Evelina Rosinska is born in Poland and now lives between Germany and Portugal. After a master’s degree in Art History, she studied film producing and directing at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin, which she completed in 2022. She is both a director of short films and an assistant director of feature films projects.
